New word of the day (coined recently by yours truly):

Tivo Talk (Tee'-voe) (Taulk) (n)

1. Conversation held while a Tivo (or other DVR unit)
is pausing live TV for the express purpose of getting
behind 'real time'.

Example: Traci and I were watching Greys Anatomy, and a
commercial came on. Suddenly realizing that we were
watching in real time, and therefore couldn't
fast-forward past the ads, Traci paused the Tivo, and
we had Tivo Talk. A few minutes later Traci unpaused
the Tivo, fast forwarded through the commercials, and
our program resumed.

Carry on.
